    ACCOUNTANT

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
    • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to support effective financial planning and cost control
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal management review
    • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required
    • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
    • Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and expense claims accurately and on time
    • Support internal controls, financial audits, and documentation processes
    • Assist management with financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making support
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data at all times

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Proven experience as an internal accountant, accounts officer, or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
    • Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and statutory compliance requirements
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Experience working in healthcare or service-based organizations is an advantage
    • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) are a plus

    Role Description

    We are seeking a full-time Event Management Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing health camps, ensuring safe, engaging and well-organized stakeholder experiences that align with Ubiety’s standards and meet the objectives of partnering with educational institutions and healthcare providers.

    The Event Management Specialist will oversee all aspects of health camp delivery, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, logistics and on-site operations. Responsibilities include liaising with schools, parents, healthcare professionals, and internal team members; managing timelines and budgets; supervising event staff and volunteers; and ensuring compliance with child safeguarding, health and safety protocols. The role also involves ensuring clear communication, smooth workflows, and a positive experience for children, educators, parents, and professional partners.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree holder with proven experience in event management, preferably in school programs, community health initiatives, or child-focused events
    • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with schools, parents, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
    • Experience managing logistics, stakeholders, vendors, and on-site operations for structured events or programs
    • Ability to lead, train, and supervise event staff, volunteers, or support teams
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • High attention to detail, particularly in relation to child safety, consent processes, and health protocols
    • Experience with health services events, school environments, or child-focused initiatives is an advantage
    • Familiarity with typical event management technologies, registration systems, and basic reporting tools is a plus

    Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and self-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to help us spread the word about our preventive health and wellness programs. This role is a mix of social media marketing, on-ground outreach, and relationship building. If you enjoy interacting with people, visiting schools, and coming up with fresh ways to promote meaningful health initiatives, this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Marketing & Social Media
    • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
    • Help plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote preventive health and wellness activities
    • Assist in designing simple creatives such as posters, flyers, and digital content
    • Track basic engagement and help improve content performance

    Field Marketing & Outreach

    • Visit schools, colleges and institutions to promote preventive health and student wellness programs
    • Coordinate with school administrators, school staff and student groups for outreach activities
    • Represent the organization during health events and awareness programs
    • Build friendly, long-term relationships with schools and community partners

    Business Development & Growth

    • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
    • Support lead generation through networking, outreach, and follow-ups
    • Share ideas and feedback to improve marketing strategies and reach more people

    Teamwork & Coordination

    • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activities with upcoming programs
    • Share regular updates on what’s working and what can be improved

    About the Role

    We work with academic institutions to deliver health screening programmes for their students that align with and integrate into the health and safety objectives of the institution. A secure health record for each child at the school, accessible to parents, is an integral part of our offering. We are looking for a National Market Development Specialist to grow our educational institutions partnerships to promote preventive health and overall wellbeing of students. This role is about building the relationships that make these partnerships work in practice.

    What You’ll Do

    • Market Development
    • Approach senior administrators, operations heads and health and safety leads of schools and universities and build working relationships with them over time
    • Explain how our education partnerships and comprehensive student health screening work in practice
    • Communicate the value proposition of our offerings to school administrators, staff, parents and students
    • Develop customized proposals and follow up to establish the collaboration
